Hiring him was short sighted. Firing was every level of sighted. We waited three years too long to fire him

Under other circumstances, I would agree with you, but you guys were in a mess of shite when he was hired. Those recruiting sanctions are a bitch, even when they are small. I don’t think anyone you guys could have realistically hired could have done much better given the circumstances

Agreed. We shouldn’t have hired the ole miss guy to replace him. It was never going to work and we put a lot of people in sticky spots
