Running the ball would have done the best thing you could have ask for.

Ate the clock, prolly would atleast gotten a FEW first downs at the worst, sure maybe you only win 28-21 but you're 2-0.

Taking shots at the fans: Definitely the last thing any coach should be doing after losses like this one

No shite , I think if I was KD or any of the running backs I'd be calling his dumb arse out.

Yup, but Paul is a fricking idiot and felt the need to win by 40

They only scored that last touchdown to send it to overtime... if we run the ball more than we did in the second half, we win due to the clock running out.

That said, Paul Hayne's performance is inexcusable. No matter how much the offense fricked up, you should NEVER give up 550 yards to a fricking Sun Belt team

What killed us was that our DEs literally got NO outside containment... it was just pathetic. They repeatedly attacked the outside and no defender was there

Someone needs to tell that dumbass that a "bandwagon" is something people are on when the team is good. His coaching caused an inexcusable loss and the fans should be mortified.

He's obviously dumb yes but I do hope he and the other coaches have put blinders and earplugs on the team this week. Not trying to make a mountain but the players have pretty much been thru hell since last November when Eukman died, they've had enough.

One of my favorite comments on his twitter was something to the effect of why don't you steal a motorcycle and drive it back to Idaho you broke frick. SOmething like that.

I've been embarrassed by what fans have sent players & some of my own comments on here. Its just a game and only distracts from the important things but damnit life is better when your football team is top 10.

TigerBait2008 is so much nicer to hog fans when we're close to killing ourselves.

If I would've known that I would've typed with a shotgun in my mouth the past years, we might be facebook friends by now.

Oh yea F JLS

Yeah, this is going to be a train wreck. Sounds like Alabama in 2000.

I can understand with a 28-7 lead.. Getting your back up QB some significant throws when your starter took some shots to the head and he may be the starter next week..

But when the game gets close you run the ball..

Nah just like giving you guys a hard time, I just don't understand wtf happened Sat. You had Wilson and KD in Heisman talk, TW get's injured so you just stop giving the ball to your heisman back? And put it on the shoulder of a freshman?

That's what happens when your OC panics and feels the need to win by 40 instead of just going for the easy win by running the clock out

I don't get that either, why would you feel you must win by 40? wouldn't winning by 7 and being 2-0 be better than losing and being 1-1?

I would also think that if ya kept pounding the ball you prolly woulda ended up scoring again at some point.

Like I said I didn't see the game but you figure even an extra FG and game is prolly over.
