Here's a possible scheduling scenario...each SEC school has 3 permanent conf opponents

That will leave a whole lot of subjectivity of, who plays who, after the 3 permanent opponents are scheduled. I just don’t trust the powers-at-be in the SEC to have that much scheduling power, simple as that.

If you put them in divisions, a lot more difficult to control the scheduling.

Think about it, you hear all the bitching that goes on with just two games the SEC controls the fate of, can you imagine if that is 6 games???
