Hearing the LSU baseball coaching search won’t go beyond O’Sullivan, Vitello, or Godwin

They won’t, Woody has been working behind the scenes for months on this.

They call Bianco home and Godwin takes over at Ole Miss. I'm speaking it into the universe. You heard it here first

so behind the scenes as in obstruction and contacting other coaches or going through agents.

You don’t understand, Paul retiring didn’t come out of the blue. They’re doing extra vetting bc of Title IX but all 3 have been contacted and are interested. It’s just a question of the background checks and deciding which of the 3 to pull the trigger on given their asks.

OTOR already had the drop before any of the coaches themselves knew. Haven't you heard?

Please, LSU fan, please stop coming to SEC rant to tell him we are hiring their coach. It’s trash.

I wish SEC didn’t allow us to hire each other’s head coach.

If y’all get Godwin and we’re stuck with Bianco, I’ll burn this whole motherfricker down.*

*I’m not gonna burn anything down, but I won’t be happy.

You know nothing. The list is O'Sullivan, and several others before either Vitello or Godwin. And I'm betting it will be O'Sullivan - have said as much on other boards

He might have to and we don't need that baggage even if it is just rumor.

Vitello and Godwin are certainly intriguing as younger up and comers with big recruiting potential but getting a guy like Sully would hardly be disappointing
