This probably won't be popular but: LSU traditionally is about a top 15 club or so...good years and bad. The last decade+ of being a consistent upper echelon club is new and takes getting used to (I know I'm still trying to get a right perspective). This is made obvious by UA fans (the traditional ones) maintaining their own club as the standard of measurement and whoever happens to be good at the time. If LSU fans would stop worrying about what UA does doing and simply focus on what our own club should be doing, setting our own standard, things would be a lot better, fandom wise.

I don't hate Bama fans. Why would I? I always have fun interacting with the Bammers. More times than not, I find we're pretty much the same people- just live in another state.
I agree that the idea of "hating" someone over a football game is stupid.
Hell yes I want LSU to win- but hate? Come on, man.

I love the trash talk between the SEC schools. To me its all part of the experience. I dont take trash talking seriously, nor should anyone, its just a game. However, from personal experience, Aggie fans clearly can't handle the trash talking.

Unbelievably, this is actually true for some. I've seen it explained countless times that ambitious CFB coaches give the NFL a shot but it simply doesn't sink in.
