They also shamed Andy Kennedy out of Oxford. Is there no dignity at that school. Two of their most successful coaches in history.

You talking about the one that got mad and left when our AD told him he wasn’t worth $6,000,000/yr? Yes we talk mad shite about him. Let us know when he beats Alabama or gets to the SECCG.

***Ole miss does something about it***

Mississippi State coaches just embarrassed themselves

Dan Mullen saying he would never lose to Ole Miss again and then lost three out of the next 4. Also crying and saying Florida was a lateral move and then he does it himself. Jackie Sherrill not knowing his own players names and having to call them by their numbers.

Mississippi State players fighting in the stands on national television and Rick Stansberry keeps the thug and throws the captain of the team. Richard Williams riding the coattails of Stan Jones to the final four and rewarding himself with a coed.

And in baseball it’s hard to top sending Cock pictures between innings of the baseball game in the dugout.

Our president who was acting AD at the time wrote a check he couldn’t cash when he alluded to firing Bruce Pearl.

Billy Brewer cheating on his wife and the NCAA. Andy Kennedy creating an international incident. Hugh Freeze(see above). John Vaught one of the most corrupt coaches in history. Ole Miss fans sending death threats to the Manning family after Peyton committed to Tennessee. Look in your own cupboard 18 Bearshark.

How was John Vaught dirty? He would have to be pretty bad to even compete with some of the big names in his era

Oh come on John Vaught and Bear Bryant were openly bidding against each other for players. That was no secret.

Here's a pretty interesting if not funny story about that, that's still getting chapters written to it:

The thug that started that fight in the stands, was Renardo Sidney. Sidney was a highly regarded prep talent out of California that during his sophomore and junior HS years, was being touted as the next Magic Johnson due to his combo of size & all-around skills, and was considered an early favorite for overall #1 in the nation. He transferred to highly regarded Fairfax HS in Los Angeles for his final 2 years of HS, and had monster numbers, but gained a lot of weight before his senior year, and fell out of the top 10 overall. He committed to Miss State under Stansberry, who paid Sidney's family money for his services.

It gets weirder here. Prior to moving on to college, Sidney was on a top AAU team in Cali., the LA Dream Team. His father was the head coach of that AAU team. He was supposed to be the main attraction and ticket for the team, but was out-shone constantly by another member of the team. He and his father became jealous and resentful, and bad-mouthed that other kid to college coaches and reps as a result.

That kid wanted very badly to go to his dream school UCLA, but was passed up by them even though he eventually won California's Mr. Basketball in 2009 - over Sidney. So the kid ended up going to San Diego State and played for Steve Fisher.

That kid's name was Kawhi Leonard. He ended up being drafted 15th overall by the NBA, and has won multiple NBA titles and NBA Finals MVPs. Renardo Sidney ended up going un-drafted by the NBA, and has yet to play a second in the league.

That UCLA head coach that passed on Leonard, is current Mississippi State Head Coach Ben Howland. And the beat goes on....
