Has it become easier to find good Quarterbacks, or has it been the evolution of the game?

I was just sitting here thinking, most SEC teams alone have been graced with good or at least serviceable quarterbacking in the last decade.
Alabama:
McElroy: nothing special but a good field general and game manager. Won a natty
Mccarron: see mcelroy but better
Hurts
Tua
Auburn:
Cam: one of the best QB's to ever play CFB
Nick Marshall: didnt jump off the page at you but ran Gus's offense to perfection
Stidham: had great potential, some success at Auburn but in the end I don't think the system he was in was great for him. Will have a career as an NFL backup
Arkansas:
Ryan Mallett: what happened to this guy? dude had a cannon
Tyler Wilson: Lead Arky to an 11-2 record and broke records there
Allen (the older one)
They've had trouble at QB since but have had coaching turnover
State:
Dak
Fitzgerald
Mullen and it looks like Moorhead target a different type of QB to fit a system that revolves around the run. Mullen was at least able to have success with guys like Chris Relf and Tyler Russell
Ole Miss:
Snead
Bo Wallace
Chad Kelly
Teamu
LSU:
Mett
etling
burrow
Georgia:
Murray, Fromm to name a couple
Flordia:
Not much since Tebow with boom and Mcelwain
A&M:
Johnny
a bunch of average but serviceable guys since
Hell, even Mizzou, Kentucky, and vandy have had their fair share of good production at the quarterback position over the last decade
Tennessee has had a ton of troubles at the position. Dobbs is the only decent one that comes to mind
Is this due to the game evolving to favor Quarterbacks' skillset with the birth of the spread? Or is there simply more talent out there then there was 10 years ago?

People are putting a lot more effort into developing QB’s before they even get to college is one reason

Peewee teams throw the ball out of shotgun these days. When I played peewee... we never lost a game and never fathomed throwing the ball either. just a different time with systems built to make throwing it easier and kids are doing it at 8 years old..
