*1 packet of Marie Calendars cornbread mix (any brand is fine as long as its sweet)
*1 lb of Jimmy Dean's spicy sausage
*1 cup of chopped onions
*Celery...nah!
*6 cups of soft bread crumbs
*1/4 cup of melted butter
*1 tsp of sage
*1 10 3/4oz can condensed chicken broth
*3/4 cup of water
*2 eggs beaten
Prepare cornbread as directed on box. Brown sausage with onions, drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine sausage, cornbread, bread crumbs, butter, sage and mix well. Add broth, water, eggs and toss lightly until bread is moist. Can add more water, if needed. Put mixture in 1 1/2 qt casserole (or 9x12 pyrex-type dish), cover and bake 35-40 mins.
Eat. Enjoy.
