Jordan Jefferson had more completions while within 7 points vs Alabama on 1/9/12 than Tua had while within 7 points vs LSU on 11/9/19.

LSU’s best team of all time barely beat what was Alabama’s worst team in the last decade at the time given their injuries

I don't recall anything about injuries when you picked Bama to blowout out LSU.

I'm looking closely, but don't see any injury disclaimers in there.

Who refuses to admit that?

I also seem to remember that LSU couldve probably scored again if they'd have tried to.

LSU fans who would rather try and frame it any other way to make it seem as though the game wasn't as close as it was.

Like the one I replied too.

When in reality, every LSU fans arse was puckered up until the end praying another Yeldon type play didn't happen.

You don’t recall 3 defensive starters having season ending leg injuries and Tua spraining his ankle?

It's not hard to get nine pages when you spend that much time and effort in order to keep it bumped. WillyTryhard strikes again.

I'm sorry you don't understand this but a game that you never lead in and never had a chance to even tie after halftime isnt "close".

Dude, a Yeldon play COULDNT happen, again, you never had a chance to tie after halftime.

This is sad that Bammers have to go on and on about "muh injuries" and talk about how "close" it was.

Screw you, man

I’m convinced that play is the reason i cooled on sports and stopped taking it so seriously. I was in the Dome for 21-0 and also in tiger stadium for the Yeldon run. That play killed me

You really typed this out.

People picked Bama to beat LSU, some very confidently and in blowout fashion, knowing what players would be on the field. Now, they want to bring up injuries.

LSU was without 2 defensive starters and our best defensive player wasn't even practicing because of an ankle injury.

And lost Deculus and Kary Vincent during the game.

And I do believe that a true freshman came in for Vincent as well considering that's all we had as backups. My memory is shite and I don't remember for sure who replaced him.
