you have no sources. I bet you've never even known a guy with a secret list that he couldn't release until after the news was released.

Ironically, Florida offered UCF the same deal in 2018 and UCF wouldn't take it. And now, they are trying to get Auburn to do the same deal.

UCF finally stopped pretending like they should be given home and homes?

It's about fricking time.

I remember Danny Kanell acting like Florida was wrong for making that offer to UCF. Ironically, he never criticized FSU for not scheduling them.

Decades in the future, that would end up being one helluva trivia question:

Which coach lost all four games between UCF and Auburn in a 10 year period?

I'm no fan of Gus but I don't want Auburn playing a Gus-led UCF anytime soon

First, I won't be surprised if Gus is reenergized and does well initially

Second, there is no reason to ever play UCF, a team you get no credit for beating and which poses the threat of a black eye/embarrassment if you lose to them.

I want to play old school big name programs that aren't very good, not shitty commuter schools that can field good teams

Auburn would never do that in 1,000,000 years. It's a no-win situation for them. Way too risky too.

That's really the long and short of it. I'd much rather play someone like Nebraska or Arizona than a glorified junior college. What's the point?

If they signed that deal tomorrow, by the time the games rolled around Gus will have cucked UCF and jumped to the Big 12.
