Wouldn't be smart to have Auburn win a title then jump ship to Arkansas.
Bama will be Bama, but Gus has a chance to weaken Auburn before he leaves by throwing the Iron Bowl.

No. I live in bhm and had drinks close to the SEC office last night after the games. I overheard some people talking that seemed to be high ups inside the SEC office saying that the refs needed to make sure Auburn wins out and gets into the playoffs. They said that all the talk of a top heavy league wasn't good for the conference.

It would be a stronger move for him to win the Iron Bowl, then bolt before the SEC CG.

remaster, that's what he's doing, and we've been hearing this through the backchannels to us in Northwest Arkansas
I won't opine on his relationship with "some folks" at Auburn(I've been sworn to secrecy), but he's doing EXACTLY what you said; he's going to weaken Auburn before he leaves
