If we can manage 7-5 and make it to Shreveport or Memphis with a new coach and system change, new starting QB, and fairly tough schedule, I will be satisfied with year one of the Bielema tenure.
Know that that won't get it in the long run though. Just a kind of first year pass.

I'm not a huge fan of these guys, but if Coach Hudspeth is still around next year, this game could be very interesting. Under Hudspeth, ULL has been a better program than ULM. Just ask the Florida Gators.

check out who those wins and losses came from.
they may have had the easiest schedule in history in '06 and lost to their toughest opponent.
'07 lost to Penn St., OSU, and UT. beat the cupcakes
'08 lost to UM, OSU, Penn St, FL State. beat the cupcakes. went to OT with Cal Poly
'09 lost to OSU and Iowa. beat the cupcakes but finally won a bowl
'10 good year with some good wins. lost bowl again
'11 decent season. lost bowl again
'12 beat by every decent team on their schedule not named Nebraska. finished 6th in the Big10, 3rd in division

I could never consider him a good coach after that loss to TCU.
All they had to do was run the ball and they wouldve won. TCU shouldnt stop them at all. It was so stupid. In fact, ill go find the game thread and reread it.

I think Knile will stay. We will have an experienced o-line coming back and a coach known for putting out great RBs. He needs a good season where he stays healthy to get his draft stock back up.
