I don't hate them. Their fans are trolling masters and some of them are funny about it.

His record against good teams is just below average. How is that a home run?

I assure you that if UF hired him they would be pointing out the same thing.

1-arky is hard to recruit to and from all I hear, he's a prick.
2-he whined about SEC recruiting tactics so how in the hell is he going to compete in recruiting
3-Arky will never be able to get the athletes to ground and pound Wisky style. Maybe he'll go to the spread but I doubt it.
4-Everything Arkies do they think it's the best ever. I haven't seen the actual results of that assertion yet though.
5-I like them at 4th in the West. It warms my heart.

I remember when Arky went winless.

Wisconsin lost 5 games this year, but they were close games:

L 10-7 @ Oregon St.
L 30-27 @ Nebraska
L 16-13 Michigan St.
L 21-14 Ohio St.
L 24-21 @ Penn St.

Went 11-3 in 2011, the 3 losses:

L @ Michigan St. 37-31
L @ Ohio St. 33-29
L Rose Bowl to Oregon 45-38

Went 11-2 in 2010, the 2 losses:

L @Michigan St. 34-24
L Rose Bowl to TCU 21-19

Went 10-3 in 2009

He has a pretty darned good record.

I like how Ole Miss is a W, despite us beating yall in little rock this year AND we lose like 2 seniors that actually played. And the game is played in Oxford this year. Yeah, good luck with that.

You do realize there aren't many coaches who super stellar records against "better" teams/programs.

Also, didn't Florida have to block a punt & score TD in final minutes agaisnt a pasty in ULL this year?

You beat the worst team we have had in 5 years by 3 points.

Chalk that up to your first year coach's nostalgia and hype, oh and we sucked arse this year with John L at the helms. Order will be restored next year, and you guys can resume your place at the bottom of the heap.

So you are going to get magically better in 12 months while losing your main playmakers on offense??

Arky has much better talent and a good coach. This isn't rocket science.

I say 6-6. Its not like last year was a freebie. Theyre not that good and you lose Wilson and Hamilton. The offense is going to take a while to resemble what Bielema wants to run.
Win the 1st 3, lose the next 5, win the next 3, lose to LSU in the super bowl.

First year with the mess he is walking into. Lets get real here. For year 1, I will consider 6-6 a miracle from above. But it will get better if the fans give him a reasonable time frame to get the wheels put back on the bus and get it rolling.

Our best returning playmakers on offense will actually be our Rbs (1)Williams, (2)Knile Davis....Thank God.

I'm not saying we will beat Ole Miss, just that it isn't out of the realm of possibility when the best team you have fielded in 3 years beat our worst team by only 3 points.

Will be very interesting if a few things happen next year.

1. Brandon Mitchell starts at QB (dual threat)

2. Knile Davis returns

3. He gets our extremely talented but underperforming O-line to gel.

Still going to have depth issues on defense but i fully expect them to make technique improvements across the board next year.

As much as I am bored by power running game, the thought of Mitchell, Davis, Williams and Small in the backfield gives me a half-mast boner.

People forget that teams have a really hard time doing well the first year or two of a new system UNLESS the coach is an innovator on the offensive side.

Bielema is not that. He's a very methodical coach, much like Saban, in that he wants to constrict you over the course of the game.

Arky is going to struggle the first couple of years. You really need a lot of talent for Bielema's system and Arky does not have the talent levels to support a successful first year or two.

I say 6-6 or 7-5.

Knile has another year. I would imagine he would do well in Bielema's offense. I think Brandon Mitchell would also do pretty well under Bielema's offense.
