And please stop pumping Dungy. He was the Gen. George McClelland of the NFL. He had the best team in Tampa Bay history and wouldn't go for the kill. EVER.

I doubt Gruden would be hungry enough to go on the road and recruit hard. Probably be like Spurrier trying to do everything from the golf course. But it would be a fun hire.

Careful what you ask for. Gruden is an NFL guy, crutin is the life blood of the program. Not sure he can handle that part.
