1st. We don't know if he was even offered the job

2. Not everyone has what it takes to coach in the SEC particularly a program like Bama, GA, or LSU. The pressure on these guys is HUGE! You can bet he has less that half the pressure at his current job in WA.

Why doesn’t anyone want to come work for Alabama? What does Alabama do now for an OC?

I mean you ended up with one guy who became an SEC coach, one is working with the Patriots in the NFL.

Its a position that has put people in better jobs

OC doesn’t bother me as bad as DC hire. Bama has won with every OC. I gluey Saban holding onto Goulding for as long as he did. I assume he was hoping for a Kirby type situation and having someone who stayed with him until he retired. Problem is the defense has been soft since he took over.

Charlie Weis Jr is available. He had the top rushing offense in the SEC this year and number 3 in the nation. We feel guilty holding him back from progressing so Bama should take him

I support Bama hiring Garrett or former NFL OC Matt Patricia.

Art Briles, maybe?

One thing is for sure, Saban is starting to get desperate.
