I won't lie, I have been lurking this board for the better part of 3 years now. It has been quite entertaining or as I call it, free entertainment.
As plainly stated by my screen name, I'm a Bama fan and have been for the entire 43 years of my existence on this God forsaken planet. I just wanted to say hi and I send my deepest regards and condolences to the LSU fan base. Why you may ask? Well, anytime Bama has a coach leading them that is above average, the swamp kitties proceed to lose...over and over and over to THE University of Alabama..That is all..
Cheers.

Seems as though this has caused quite a stir amongst a few LLLLLSU fans. That was not my intent initially, but I must say, I appreciate the feedback.
I do, however, have a soft spot in my heart for yall. The best coach, by far, to ever grace the sidelines for your under funded and second class football program in terms of money and drawing power, will forever be remembered for his time and accomplishments at Alabama.

I'm more than likely older than you and my father is a booster for UA as I likewise went too, in the late 90s after I graduated high school.
First game I went too, albeit I was a toddler and cannot remember, was the goal line stand against Penn State in the 79 Sugar Bowl. First game I remember going too and when I started going regularly with my father, was vs ND at Legion Field in 1986(also known as the sack game due to Cornelius Bennet sacking Steve Beurline).
I have been everywhere from New Orleans to Pasadena CA with my father to see and support the Tide. That I assure you.

They actually drive like that too. Speaking of, did the city of Asteriiloosa ever fix that major blunder putting the arch the wrong way on the over pass? If they haven't remedied the problem yet, perhaps a giant Asterisk would be more fitting and representative of what their city,...errr Town*, is all about.

Did your dad attend any of the games in the 1955 season when Al*bama lost every single game? Given the University's ties to the CCP, that has probably been wiped from the history books over there in gumpland anyway.
