Let's discuss what your team's greatest moment was.
Look at LSU as an example. Most of their fans would agree when I say their overall greatest moment in their history is Clemson beating Alabama 44-16 in the 2019 CFP Title game.
Please discuss.

Nah. I would say "most of our fans" would agree our greatest overall moment in our athletic history would be our first football NC in 1958.
But 2003 and 2007 are no slouches, as is the unbeaten 2011 regular season when we outscored 13 opponents (including 3 Top Five, and 9 bowl teams) by 500-123.
If you were referring to baseball, it would probably be one of our 6 national championships.
The one that comes to mind first would be the 1997 national championship game 13-6 demolition of some red school I don't remember right now.
Funny, that school whose name escapes me has never won a baseball national championship.
As a matter of fact, that red school has never been to an NCAA basketball Final Four either, something LSU has done FOUR times.
Furthermore, LSU has over 30 Men's and Women's indoor or outdoor track and field national championships.
And bama ?????????

I am going to ignore your need to troll. I will answer your question though and that is 1971 when LSU defeated mighty Notre Dame in Tiger Stadium. I was there and the reason I choose this particular game is because it debunked to previously held notion that the north was better than the south. And I am talking about football not politics.

That's a hard one, but for me - the first National Championship I was old enough to remember was beating Miami in the Sugar Bowl. So I'd have to say Teague's strip of Lamar Thomas (same guy who had talked trash leading up to the game).
Alabama was supposed to have zero chance, and destroyed Miami.
Until that game, national championships were a great history but nothing I had been truly alive for (I was but a wee baby for 78 and 79). The Saban dynasty has been amazing, but that was the first one for me.
Otherwise, the game winning TD pass vs UGA.
