My favorite part of the Prothro catch was that we were down 2 possessions right before halftime to Southern fvckin Miss. I was very drunk high up in the student section and don't remember it at all.

I've never seen a play as big as that one fall so completely into oblivion so quickly.
If Alabama wins that play possible wins AJ the Heisman, wins us the SEC West, probably wins the SEC and sends us to the BCS Title game. A 99 yard TD pass to take the lead in a Top 5 rivalry game.
And I can literally count on my hands the number of times I've seen it since. Crazy.

Dan Stricker (vandy) vs Auburn caught a TD with his helmet, gained possession with only his helmet, and then laid the ball down in the end zone - all in the span of 1.5 seconds.
