Greatest moments. Just a few of the best. There are so many for Georgia it’s hard to choose.

The 19 seconds Auburn stood around the one yard line arguing with the refs as the clock ran out sealing a UGA win. We laughed like crazy. Heck we are still laughing about it

Tigers leaving “Tiger crap” all over the floor of the Benz and on Aunt Gussies face in the SECCG. We sure beat the “Tiger crap” out of then. We’d like to thank dear ol Gus for the added inspiration.

Humiliating a ranked AU squad so badly in 1985 by beating them with a back up QB they turned water cannons into the Georgia stands in 40 degree weather.

1996. UGA nearly amputates the leg of a taunting Auburn player. Made that guy famous as that photo sold like mad. Still have a framed print on my den wall.

UGA down by 21 well into the fourth quarter roars back to win in 4 overtimes. I actually saw a bear sized man decked out in AU orange cry like a toddler who had just had his bottle yanked away

Beating AU like a drum time and time again. Seeing the sugar falling from the sky and clinching the SEC on that field in nowhere S Alabama. Sweet!

Hearing AU whine incessantly for the last 20 years. Priceless

Yep. Auburn got a first down inside the red zone, the refs never stopped the clock nor spotted the ball and ran the clock down to zero. I think it was 1992 and was total bullshite. I hope that crew never officiated another game.

How bout '06?

We were 3-4 and Auburn had 1 loss and was ranked 6th and the game was essentially over in the 1st qtr.I believe we had 3 INT's in the 1st half and also crushed their SECC hopes.

One of the all time great UGA victories/upsets in DSOR series

Leard to Daniels over before halftime.

2000 OT game

Even in a loss the first ever OT game 4 overtimes

Cadillac pass in 04.

Fairley-Murray battle

All the semi meaningless games against what used to be brother vs brother rivalry which used to be respectful and great. Now UGa hasn’t been able to handle since 2004 and 2010.

Oh 1-9-8-0

Handle what?

We weren't the team that went bitching and moaning to the SEC to get the game moved just because we started to lose a few games.

We weren't the team who brought back a classless thug (who was arrested on gun charges BTW) to be our honorary team captain vs UGA.

We've handled the success against Auburn just fine.

The SEC moved the game not Auburn stop being a lil bitch.

2004 and 2010 ruined the respect in the rivalry because little bro thugs can’t handle big bro doing things lol bro can’t and has been on a bitchfest since.

Terrible literary skills.
Are you insinuating that UGA is the barn’s little brother??

So Auburn had nothing to do with the move?

You sure about that?

at all the dumbass Georgia fans that thought this thread was an open invitation for you to post your favorite memories.

This post is all about Pat Dye turning the water hoses on your students, and you fricktards ignoring that and literally trying to dig up the turf at the midfield logo.

I had no problem with Auburn turning the hoses on the fans who went on the field. I think they had put down new turf and had announced several times for fans to stay off the field....so they got what they deserved.

What a lot of people know know/realize is that there were some elderly fans standing in the stands talking after the game and they turned the hoses on them injuring one elderly man. THAT'S the part that got me. now, I don't hold that against today's fans....unless they defend that part of it.

I'm calling bullshite. In the video you can clearly see all the hoses pointed at the field.

Change the thread title then and why is a Bama fan posting this?

Wow.They turned the hoses on the fans in stands. There's zero dispute about it.

So you don't even know what happened when posting about "Great moments in DSOR history?"

Go ahead. I have posted an article that appeared by Lewis Grizzard in the papers that plainly stated this. I don't have time tonight, but maybe if I do I will try to find it tomorrow.

That was a crazy play and kudos for Louis for the catch. He stayed with the play and made a great catch. It was a heart breaker.
