Sorry guise, was busy with a bullpen session to work on a rise ball AND correcting a little glitch in a swing. Middle school softball is about to start.

Serraneaux has posted from a condo on 30A, flights to/from Canada, his daughter’s travel ball activities, the tournament in the Bahamas for the Battle of Atlantis, etc

The best is he insists on pitching with the softie balls in practice which are lighter than the regular softball. You have to change the grip which effects the spin which effects the pitch. SMH.
