So the Auburn coaches took the baseball team to a lake not far from campus.
That lake has an island that’s inhabited by a huge heard of goats.
This was a team bonding exercise.

They’re there during summer. You can feed and pet them.

When? People used to bring them out, but I hadnt seen them in a long time. FWIW I only head to LM about 1-2 times a year though

I was at the island last weekend. They’re usually out around March/April. Fat spoiled goats

And LSU has an obsession with goats at their livestock show.
That’s a appropriate time and place to interact with livestock.
A romantic weekend on an Island with a huge heard of goats is kinda creepy to me.
At least Saban just bonds with his young players on his island.
Does Saban invite other guys and/or animals?
Might be a recruiting thing.

There are goat islands on many southern rivers.
I’m pretty sure the Catawba has about 4 of them.
