Anybody that loses by 23 or more shouldn't make the playoffs. That explains Tennessee.

They're just getting penalized for Hooker being injured. Hell, Ray Charles can see than TN is by far the best team in CFB this year and if Hooker was healthy they would be ahead of OSU and Mich.
