Bruv he's top 5 or 10 in the country in passing yards, completion percentage, touchdowns, and QB rating.
He may not win it, but to say he's not near that level is just asinine.

Ya know, I was about to go and find the stats that support my armchair diagnosis but truth be told, everything I'm seeing say's i'm a damn fool. don't get me wrong, I'm not saying JT is close to heisman lvl but i didnt think bryce was there either based on what ive watched. BUT...
in his soph year he's 188/268, 70% completion. Yardage at 2453 -- 26 to 3 TD to picks - and rating of 176.8.
compared to Tua's soph year who played in 15 games. Tua finished 69% completion, 3966 yards -- 33 to 3 td to picks - rating of 199.
joey b's freak season. 76.3% completion, 5671 yards, 60-6 td to picks and a rating of 202.
baker. 70.5% completion. 4627 yards. 43-6 td to picks. 198.9 rating.
kyler 69.0%. 4361 yards. 42-7 tds to picks and rating of 199.
lamar jackson 59.1%, 3660 yards, 27-10 td to picks and a rating of 146.
so he's somewhere between tua / baker and Joe B. That's a whole lot better than I thought. apologies.
