Miles hasn't run too many trick plays in 2011 or 2012, because his teams were too good for them.

Same with 2006. When he has his best teams, he doesn't really resort to that stuff.

I was shocked to see it last night.

Saban didn't call that play. That decision was made on the field, by a player, who read (incorrectly) something in Texas's formation.

This is false.

They weren't moving the ball on their first two drives of the 2nd half anyway. Let them play in front of the student section, who will be crazy since we have just scored.

For as much as Miles relied on the defense against A&M the entire 2nd half, it was silly to go away from that.

We got very lucky they fumbled.

You're wrong. That is what Les does, and has always done. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The stats says LSU played straight up football most of the time. Les is a fine coach, a little off kilter, but a good coach.

Does being a terrible poster come natural or do you have to work for it?

So Muschamp is getting it done with only his two years worth of recruits I take it, and not playing anyone recruited before he got there?

Muschamp is building UF back up. Not getting the keys to a porsche. UF had under 60 players when he got here.

Again you're just wrong. If he was not a good coach he wouldn't be able to sustain an elite program for as long as he has. Nothing wrong with getting bested in a game or two. The man is 82-20 in almost 8 seasons in the toughest conference in college football.

All you ever do is come here and post negative things about LSU/Les Miles. You hardly ever talk about your own team--Florida. Is your life that miserable?

LSU May not have won the game but Les and the Tigers had a better game plan the Mighty saban and bama coaching staff.

You know what happens to a Porsche if you can't maintain it? It falls apart. Give Miles his credit and stop looking like a douche bag.

Every coach calls trick plays.

Not getting those plays puts you in a shite position, but he believed his players were able to compensate. They did.

Not really. The potential 6 points lost by foregoing 2 FG's, the fake and the 4th and 1, could have easily been the difference in the game, LSU 23, Bama 21. Bama would have tried an on-side kick after that last TD and would have to recover it, get in FG range and kick a winning FG with just a few seconds left on the clock. Translation: Miles improbable choices might well have cost his team the game. He simply lucked out on the field position he game Bama after the failed on-side kick after a bad exchange between McCarron and Yeldon led to the LSU fumble recovery on their 10. Otherwise, Bama probably would have scored another TD.

Why do you even care? You're a Florida fan, correct?

BTW, Okie State was very bad until Miles turned it around.
