This is the dumbest take ever. Your strength of schedule should be based on ranking of teams at end of the year vs during. That App State win looked great the first few weeks of the season, but who didn't beat A&M last year. Sorry LSU.

Bennett as a better overall player afterwards too
After the South Carolina game Bennett had better on the field play than Hooker. All it took was an injury that took Hooker off the field for it to happen.

Remember that time when UGA had a large lead and thus resorted to 16 runs and 1 deep pass to close the game out against the vols, while Hooker was attempting 12+ passes, or getting sacked over and over? That was fun.

Y’all act like we didn’t have OU on the schedule and the SEC didn’t say change it.
Who were we supposed to schedule in the quick of a timeline. UGA has consistently played 2 OOC P5 teams , albeit one is GT, every year since Kirby got here, except 2018 and 2020 the all sec schedule year. No other team in the SEC can say that.

I have thought that this year 2023 would be Kirby’s best team since he’s been here. I thought we were a little ahead of schedule the last 2 years. Of course that doesn’t guarantee anything .

Played 4 ranked teams, sperm breath, 7 overall. Beat all of them. Including 10RC.

BTW, has his arse healed from the raping that SC gave them?

Georgia fans have gone from being snakebitten to predicting nattties a year in advance. I like the bluster.
We will see if it happens.
We will see if it happens.

Well, in fairness, we’ve always predicted natties in the off-season.

Au contraire mon frère, you guys were buttoned down as hell. You hardly celebrated the 2021 natty because I think you were in shock. The exhale from the collective Bulldog nation when you had the pick 6 to salt the game away was telling. I was surprised at the reaction.
But hey it's the rat poison that Saban is always talking about. It starts as confidence and then morphs to cockiness and it kills your drive to do what you need to do to be successful.
Saban is the best ever at fighting against that, and so far Kirby has shown to be cut from the same cloth. Only time will tell, because Athens is more like Austin than Tuscaloosa, and places like that are easy to lose focus.

Stetson Bennet would be the most accomplished QB in Tennessee’s history.

With 2 CFP national championships, Bennett would be the most accomplished QB in most schools' history.

Imagine claiming a Natty and not even playing Bama to get it.

It’s not UGA’s fault bama choked against Tennessee and LSU.

The two games that stick out as most likely to cause UGa trouble are SC at home and UTK on the road.
Kirby has handled SC far better than Richt did, so that early game has lost a lot of its intrigue that it once had. UTK in Knoxville won't be a picnic, either.
That said, barring a serious surprise, UGa is back in Atlanta. From there, well, a ticket to the CFP is ready to be punched.
