MSU would be a great landing spot. Moorhead would know how to use his talents effectively . Kid has tremendous upside . Just needs to land somewhere where coaches will be truthful to him.

Which is funny because ESPN reported the exact opposite, that Fields was not yet in the transfer portal.

You can't have it both ways my man.

All we've heard the last week is how ahead of the game your Rivals site is in regards to recruiting. They've got y'all landing 5-stars at every turn. Now they are wrong?

Radi isn’t the primary recruiting guy at Rivals

if he can get a wavier, MSU is likely the best situation available as the QB battle will be wide open and the competition is not ideally suited for the new offense.

There is a lot of smoke building up on this, we will just have to wait and see.

Smallwood is trustworthy but Radi wrote this piece after ESPN said something to the contrary (he’s also notorious for rumor mongering for hits). And I don’t doubt that Fields is in the transfer portal (in fact it ties everything together about how and why this has started to leak)

Rusty Mansell of 247 saying that Ohio State is considered to be the front runner but Ohio State mods saying they’ve heard nothing.

Get ready for all sorts of misinformation and hot takes

Kind of shocked he's staying and practicing.

Timing of this is just bad, especially is the Fields folks let this cat out of the bag.

Head over to the recruiting board for a few laughs, they are the least informed fan base there.

I don’t think this was Fields group. They have nothing to gain by letting this out early (and if they were that mad Justin wouldn’t be trying to stick around to play in the Sugar Bowl). Unfortunately I think this forces some hands and either Justin needs to state publicly that he’s staying or move on with the transfer process. Kirby certainly needs to move on for the sake of the team sooner rather than later, either with or without Fields. It’s going to become a distraction.

That was a false flag.
Curry had that staged to get sympathy.

Bama fans didn’t have that much hate for Curry...most didn’t give a shite if he stayed or went.

How did Missouri get the quarterback over Auburn? Maybe this will be another one similar?

Some suggestions going around that it may have been lawyer for Fields trying to force UGAs hand into an unconditional release but it’s unclear if the Fields family was aware the leak was going to occur. Seems like speculation to me but an interesting theory
