SEC just has several teams at the top this year.

UGA, LSU, Bama, FL, and A&M...

UGA and Bama have 1 loss, but have played very weak schedules. LSU, FL and particularly A&M have played tough schedules. Anyone of those 5 teams could beat the other practically 50% of the time on a neutral field though some match up better against each other.

Bama has been considered the top team in the SEC this year, but they really are not. I think A&M beats Bama 7/10 times on a neutral field and UGA and LSU do about half the time. Gators are probably the weakest of the top 5 SEC teams, they just caught A&M very early in the season.

Crazy thing is, any of the top 5 teams in the SEC are perfectly capable of beating Oregon, ND, or K State and probably would more often than not.

All they are doing is making it so that a one loss SEC team can get into the NC game with the right circumstances. If ND and Oregon loses the winner of UGA and Bama will play for it.

Good chance this happens. UGA could win it all this year. AJ has been off and UGA may be hitting their stride.

Gonna be a good SEC Championship game this year.
