Smart will start to have problems like Saban where every other teams that needs a coach think your team is the place to come and cherry pick coaches. And Georgia's OC is going to be a very hard man to keep in Athens because he actually knows how to coach and in-game play-call.

Tampa seems like an awful job if Brady doesn’t stay honestly. Do they just start trading players to rebuild at this point

I do not know man, NBC Sports is reporting it, Yahoo Sports is reporting it, Dawgnation (AJC) is reporting it. Maybe they are all wrong and he is not interviewing there. Just telling people what is out there.
Plus you give me too much credit. I don't know that espn person. I just told about something I read, that's it. If it is BS then it is BS. I hope it is.

After taxes, he clears $20,000 a week in Athens GA [cost of living less than half of living in Tampa] to win championships and coach players who are young and listen to him. He's also not a recruiting guy on the road all the time.
The only reason he'd go to tampa would be if he's in love with Tampa and wants to live on the beach. That's literally the only draw. But even then, how much time do you spend on the boat or on the beach in the football business? That would be a retirement destination, not a career destination. I know this because I once took a job to be near the beach, and found myself never going to the beach. And Todd has already worked in Tampa before, so he knows working in Tampa doesn't mean beach parties and fishing.
