Georgia is rightfully being rewarded with the night game for scheduling a tough OOC game

And LSU fans, you will probably rightfully land the CBS night game when Texas comes to Baton Rouge next season.
Alabama fans keep whining over not having any night games but they only have Saban to blame for this due to him scheduling no big home/homes throughout the years.

Auburn rightfully rewarded against Tulane and Kent State
Arkansas rightfully rewarded against San Jose State
Texas A&M rightfully rewarded against Lamar
Florida rightfully rewarded against UT-Martin
Missouri rightfully rewarded against SEMO
LSU rightfully rewarded against Georgia Southern and Northwestern St
Kentucky rightfully rewarded against Eastern Michigan
If you are going to keep posting about it at least make sense about what the argument is. Nobody thinks USM should be a CBS/ESPN primtetime game dummy.

no one with any legit NC hopes wants to play us early in the season if they don't have to

The play good teams and you get night games thing is just so stupid and irrelevant to the discussion

I agree. It is just funny to me and no way would I want to bear 100 degree weather in a stadium rather than on my couch in front of a 70' HD
At this point people are just poking fun

That’s BS and you know it. Lol
Saban scheduled weak arse teams on purpose. When called on it, he made weak arse excuses and the sheep follow in line.

ND was awarded the night game ,not UGA. CBS had one chance to get them this year and took it. Their home games are still NBC and ABC/ESPN/Disney usually have the rest. UGA will beat them and cover the spread, but the night time game is about Nationwide Catholics

I'm the same. I'm not going to any games, no matter who is playing.

And yet, the list above is games that were played at night in September and includes such juggernaut opponents as SEMO, UT Martin, Northwestern State, Kent State, Eastern Michigan, San Jose State and Lamar.
So, once again, the opponent is absolutely irrelevant to this conversation. Feel free to join the crowd in ignoring that fact for the 1,567th time.

LSU fan here.... Who did Alabama schedule next year? And the year after? Wasn't Duke a ranked team when they were initially scheduled as well. I kind of give Bama the benefit of the doubt. Hell, when LSU scheduled Texas, they (Texas) weren't ranked and were garbage.
As for as complaining about not enough night games..... STTDB

They originally scheduled Miami... not that it would have been a huge difference this year, but when it was scheduled, they had some buzz. Miami bailed in order to schedule UF.

I'm all for giving Bama shite about things, but it's not like they said "Hey Duke, y'all wanna come to Atlanta and bend over to start off the 2019 football season?"

Nope.
UGA-Bama is the opening conference game for both teams in 2020. No way CBS doesn't have that game in prime time.
