Newest contract will net each school a cool $9 million---each. That's $9 million---just over a two-year period. This is a huge jump in the $$$$ department. Jacksonville was desperate to keep the game and they ponied up to keep it. For now.
Word is...the game will be up for only a two-year renewal in 2023 to keep the game in Jax until 2025. The current deal was for five years. Hmmm.
In any case, Georgia & Florida like the $$$$, so they'll stay for now. I'm glad about that as it's a tradition too steeped to cast aside, although the reasons for doing so make sense in this ever-changing college football culture and environment.

Florida Georgia.
F comes before G in the alphabet.

Neutral site games are lame. You don't see Ohio State/Michigan played in a neutral site. And who the frick wants to go to Jacksonville? It's a God damn dump.

win more games in the series than you lose then your name can come first.

You're about as dumb as UGA's offense is bad.

This old man is doing fine, thank you.
I was in Europe (Italy) working on a film when I made the mistake of checking on the score the next morning (1 day ahead). I felt like jumping off the Roman Coliseum!
I've deleted every thing in my files relating to that game. I refuse to hear about it or how it happened!

What a weird way to spell "hoping".

Georgia OWNS you Floridiots.
Georgia sits in the driver's seat. Floridiots sit in the trunk.
The letter "G" is code-named for "smart". "F" is code-named for "dumbass".
Therefore, it's GEORGIA---------------------------------FLORIDA.

It's funny how many people I've encountered over the years that have multiple week trips planned starting the day after a game they lose.
They lose, never see them for a week or 2, due to a trip somewhere that has no internet, and suddenly they start posting like nothing happened.

I wonder if they had a Hall of Fame for this game what it would be called?

We left Los Angeles for Rome 3 days BEFORE the game was played.

Interesting since you were still posting here the night before the game.
