LSU-Georgia games are awesome, one of my favorites.

Its a damn shame we don't play more often.

The series is close: 16-13-1 with a slight LSU lead. Its kind of crazy we have only played 30 times.

Who is coming?

thoughts on this game?

Should be a good one considering its in Tiger Stadium.

Pics of some games throughout the years:

My favorite LSU game of all time and the loudest I have ever heard Tiger Stadium.

I love this game

The 2013 game was one of the best games I’ve ever seen. Sanford stadium was rocking.

I had to take another look at that second picture to make sure it was real because it actually showed LSU successfully completing a pass.

The best game I've been to was the last time LSU was in Athens. One helluva game, all be it cold as hell that night. But alas, I won't be able to hang out in Death Valley this season. I imagine its gonna be ridiculous.

I didn't go but I had a couple of buddies who went and they said the environment was incredible.

That game was fuggin awesome even though we lost.

My friends said the Georgia fans were badass, gave a lot of respect before and after the game. I have to go to Sanford one day.

I'll be there, already got my flight, rental car, lodging, and tickets.

I think it won't quite have the luster as some of the other greats in the series. Not trying to be a butthead but this just doens't feel liek the LSU of "old" (as in, miles era). I cna see this being similar to 2008, us having a steady ~10 to 14 point lead throughout, getting down close to 1 possession every now and then, then us answering with a score. Not predicting blowout by any means but I can see us coming out with a 13 point win.

But bar none, LSU is my favorite away trip. Not even close really. Couldn't be more excited.

hey btw, in 2008 we sat in the main visitor section in the lower bowl behind the endzone. I know they've done renovation work since then but can't find a good diagram online, what are the current visitors sections?

that surprises me greatly. You strike me as someone that was born around 1998.

I was there.

Quincy Carter was fricking sick that game, I think he had over 400 yards.

27-28, that was a great game, Tiger Stadium was stupid.

Carter was out of his mind that game, I think he was a freshman too.

Correct, if memory serves he started 15/15 that day and caught a pass as well. Hit Champ Bailey late to help ice it. I think LSU was ranked around 6th that day so that win was something UGA fans hadn't really seen in quite some time. Granted LSU wasn't quite as good as that ranking but sure was a great game.

the next year in Athens was equally as close, although neither team was all that good Will Witherspoon probably jumped as high as any linebacker I've seen jump to bat that last pass. Also to the LSU fans that ragged out the field the night before.

The visitors sections are still in the SE corner of the end zone and portions of the E upper.

Thank you. Do you have specific sections though for the lower EZ levels? Not sure if there's any kind of particular splits
