It will extra tough for Nebraska to come back. They fired Pelini mainly because he wasn’t winning at the level they wanted, but he had a far better record than Frost has had.p

Didn't Nebraska turn him away?

They did. Frost said no. Imagine what he could have done for Nebraska. One seemingly innocuous decision and the impact it had on two teams. Saban not getting Brees in Miami. All the teams that passed on Mahomes. Sports off the field is as crazy as it is on the field.

Even Saban tried to recruit Joe when the announcement was made that Joe was looking to transfer.

Could you imagine Joe and Tua on the same team and they split quarters ?

If you really believe that LSU is “going to fall off”, make a bet in Vegas for them to be under their win total.

I bet you can even bet lower total than posted.

So go out $20 down that LSU will not win 9 games.

If you are really sure that they are going 3-9, load up. I bet any sports book there would give you 100,000 to 1 IF you bet LSU to go 3-9 or worse.

Sorry your anus is still so sore 4 months after LSU’s D made Lawrence look like an overrated quarterback.
Dabo’s success has been built on playing in the Almost Competitive Conference. Isn’t it striking that the AAC had more teams finish in the Top 25 than the ACC?

First of all Orgeron at LSU had a better and longer track record than C. Next Burrow did not fall in Os lap and neither did Joe Brady.

LSU going into 2020 is loaded with talent.. probably a good bit better on the line of scrimmage than last year.

LSU has the typical 5 difficult games. 3 on the road.

LSU fans will be understanding... depending on Brennan and young player development LSU could be 11 and 1 or 9 and 3. Either would be successful given the schedule.

The year after winning the NC, Auburn lost 5 games to Clemson, Arkansas, LSU, UGA and Alabama by a combined score of 208-69. That’s a margin of 139 points in losses That include 3 of Auburn’s biggest rivals. The next year Auburn went 3-9 (0-8 in the SEC) and lost to your 2 biggest rivals by a combined score of 87-0. The worst LSU season (1992) in our history we lost 9 games by a combined 119 points.

Other than at QB and LB and safety, we may be better at every other position in 2020 and 2021. There is no way in hell we fall off a cliff like Auburn did post-Newton.

IF is a very important word here Faux Tiger!

IF ====================== WISH
IF ====================== WISH
IF ====================== WISH

In my 80 years of watching LSU football, I’ve never seen a TOTAL TEAM anywhere on the same planet as the 2019 LSU Tigers. And I’ve never seen a team eager to back it up with another run! Be afraid of the 2020 LSU Tigers! Be very Afraid!

After TOTAL HUMILIATION of

THE
KNEE

given vs Clemson knowing that an LSU team didn’t hang 50 on your arses as Saban would have done, I understand your WISH!

Your Clemson WISH
The Alabama WISH
The Auburn WISH
The Florida WISH

is the IF

Nobody listened to Ed Orgeron! They wrote him off as a stupid coonasse! The man said

“We’re just getting started” (with this Title).

Listen to the man! Wish less!

They make pills and whiskey for your pain!

What is more likely to happen is for Lawrence to regress even more than he has and get benched after 7 or 8 games.

The SEC media and coaches really didn't agree with you about all that LSU talent when they picked their preseason All SEC squads. On "O" only Cush (C) and Lewis (RG) made either the first or second team. Defense was a little better. Lawrence (DE), Fulton (CB) and Delpit (S) made first or second team.

hat's what the frick I mean. LSU was not his preferred school and he would have stayed at tOSU had he not lost his job. LSU was the best option for him and yes...he landed in Coach O's lap.

That’s the part your not understanding and uneducated about. Initially when Burrow was looking to transfer his first choice was actually Cincinnati (after Frost Stupidly straight up told him he already had a QB).Yes it sounds crazy to say now how it all worked out but initially the Cincinnati option looked very attractive— a former Ohio State coach as HC with a team On the rise and burrow had several connections to the team not to mention being only a couple hour drive for his family to see him play.

It wasn’t until Joe and his family came down to Baton Rouge (a State he had never been to and knew nobody) and was pitched by O and Ensminger on the vision they had for Joe and were able to get Joe to buy into that vision that he actually changed his mind about going to LSU rather than Cincinnati. So to insinuate that Burrow just fell into O lap is just not true. He had several other SEC schools interested as well and could have visited them as well But shut it down after the LSU visit. It’s a testament to Os recruiting prowess going back to hot Ole Miss days— he’s always been a killer recruiting closer.
