5. Plumlee at Ole Miss
4. Jamie Newman at GA
3. Mac Jones at Bama
2. Kellen Mond at TAMU
1. Kyle Trask at FL

SEC ESPN Network had to appease the rest of the league just before the 6:30 Showing of

ONE FOR THE AGES tonight on right now at 6:30.

Cheesedik doesn’t surprise us with his lame picks. Joe wasn’t in his Top 5 Last Year!

Trask won’t hold up as #1 and the Florida Defense will land them second place East.

Kellen Mond at #2 is a Joke. Cheesedik cites Jimbo 3rd season performance as the WHY

Mac Jones is not Top 5 QB. Cheesedik cites Bryce Jones with Mac Jones as WHY #3 and Bryce Jones likely redshirts as a Runt at 180

Jamie Newman at GA is a Top 5 QB, around #2 or #3 and he’ll prove it as he did at WF

Plumlee at #5? Leaving out LSU and Myles Brennan made Cheesedik’s list look absurd.

Peter Burns jumped on Cheesedik for leaving out Nix and Brennan and he waffled on his picks saying the list was RIGHT NOW!

I’ll watch ONE FOR THE AGES now and then the LSU Clemson Replay chuckling about Cheesedik. Poor Cheese just doesn’t get it!

Proved it at Wake? Kid sucked in any game with remotely decent competition.

So he should light it up against UF.

Gene Chizik is phenomenal on SEC Network.

Why would he pick Brennan? No one knows anything about the kid currently.

Plumlee can't hit the broad side of a barn standing in it. He would have been great in the 90s Nebraska offense.

Mac Jones(a.k.a Mack The Knife)will invariably be the best QB in the SEC and amongst the leaders in the NCAA DIV I at the qb position. However, Brennan and Trask will fall into the top 3 simply because of the offense they'll run and the receivers on their respective teams. GA. will suffer with less talent at the wr pos. Yes, I know they have Pickens and I'm glad they do. He's a headache and will never fulfill his promise as a 5* coming out of Highschool. Nix? Malzahn and what's his name with weak arm P. Nix. S.C.'S qb want have much protection. While K. Mond has only impressed us once, against L.S.U. 2 seasons ago. The M.S.U. QB could impress if he finds some receiving help while the OL buys him time to throw. KY'S QB will be the darkhorse. Does KY have its running game on par with past seasons? Will their experienced OL give their qb enough protection to make accurate passes? Someone else may come from nowhere, who knows? Plumlee ...etc...

1. Mac Jones
2. K. Task
3. M. Brennan
4. J. Newman
5. K. Mond
6. Wilson
7. Plumlee
8. P. Nix

I don’t really give a damn what he thinks. Everyone predicted LSU would go 9-3 last year. And the year before that LSU was predicted to lose 5 games.

Nah. It will be Brennan or Trask.

Brennan has the Number 1 and 2 WR in the country returning.

Marshall. was considered the best WR on the team but missed several games due to a foot injury. Before that injury in the Vandy game he led the team in TD receptions. Players when interviewed even stated that going in Marshall was the top WR on the team, but Chase took full advantage of the extra. reps and showed why he is elite.

Fun fact. Last year LSU's top 5 WR's all from LA.

Justin Jefferson, Mashall, Chase, McMath, Dillion

Next year all LSU's top 5 all from LA.

Marshall, Chase, McMath, Palmer, kirkland(until freshman class arrives in fall where Kayshon Boutte will replace him)

3 former 5*'s. All from LA.

Next year Bama's best WR is also from LA.

WR's just grow on trees in LA much like FL.

*insert analyst name* didn’t pick my guy for his list?!

What a dipshit!

To address the OP though, I’m sure some guys will surprise but that might be the weakest top 5 list for the SEC in a very long time

Costello definitely has the tools needed to be an elite QB, but I think his mental game (ironic since the dude went to Stanford) needs improvement and of course he'll need to stay healthy. I'll be curious to see how he takes to the Air Raid.

If OM can put some players around him he’s going to be dangerous.

That's why Ga & Clampson come to Alabama to get the top 5* receivers in the country? Bama always produces the best. Julio...
