Gator fans, what is the leash for Napier?

Since Florida fans ran off Spurrier in 2001, not including interim coaches, the average tenure for the five head coaches since then has been four years. Can we expect more of the same?

I expect he gets at least 3 years unless Florida looks Willie Taggert bad. I highly doubt that happens. Have heard nothing but good things about Napier.
