How many games have you seen where a good portion of the game went one way, then suddenly went another? I don't necessarily mean a big comeback (though those certainly qualify), but rather where the entire flow of the game changed.

I'll give a good example.

In the national title game for the 2015 season, Alabama and Clemson - in the first 49 1/2 minutes, both teams combined to score 45 points and was 24-21 Clemson.

In the remaining 10 1/2 minutes, both teams combined to score 40 points. Starting with the FG made by Alabama, every drive for the rest of the game ended in points (the teams combined for 13 punts during those first 50 minutes).

Just curious if anyone remembers other games where the flow of the game seemed to change - from defensive slugfest to scoring frenzy, or from cleanly played to sloppy mess?

Not CFB but the Pats/Panthers Super Bowl was like that. Felt like 4 different games

1Q 0-0
2Q NE 14 Car 10
3Q 0-0
4Q Car 19 NE 18

Still think it’s the most thrilling back and forth Super Bowl ever

That's probably the closest game that I could NOT stay awake for. Couple the alcohol from partying earlier and loaded up, and there was NO WAY I wasn't nodding off on the couch.

LSU won 3 times and lost once. By the end, I was just ready fro that shite to be over with.

LSU vs Auburn 2017.

We should never forget the Auburn team that won the West in 2017 blew a 20 point lead to the LSU team that lost to Troy.

Rose Bowl between UGA and OU was 3 games in one.

OU won the first half convincingly

UGA stormed back and won the second half with stellar defense and run game.

OT was live and die by every single snap and every inch. Dawgs got the blocked FG that made the difference

UF @ Neyland 2016

End of first half it was 21-3 Florida. UT couldn't get anything going. Threw a pick in the 1st drive of the 2nd half and I thought the game was over.

Then Josh Dobbs, Juaun Jennings, and Derek Barnett came alive and took over the game, we scored 38 unanswered points to win 28-38 (UF had a garbage time TD)

Tennessee vs LSU 2010

Tennessee won the game based on everything that happened between Jordan Jefferson’s opening TD run in the first quarter and Dooley playing the 4-4-5 defense at the end of the game.

Alabama-Auburn 2014 might qualify.

Although Alabama led early, three INTs by Blake Sims helped put Auburn up 33-21 early in the second half, and most thought Sims was about to be benched. Then he got it together and put together one of the most remarkable comebacks in Bama history. After his second bomb to Amari Cooper, there was just a sense that it was all over for Auburn, even though they still led 36-34.

2007 LSU-Florida.

Florida dominated the first 3 quarters 24-14 Florida at the end of the 3rd.

Then during the commercial break between 3rd and 4th quarter it is announced in the stadium that Stanford beat USC, LSU band plays pregame, and the stadium went insane. Les went for it 5 times on 4th down and was successful each time. LSU came back to win 28-24.

Recently, that Chiefs/Texans playoff game has to be it.

Texans led 24-0 with 10 min left in the second quarter. Chiefs outscore them 51-7 the rest of the way.

The second game in this one started on a big Mecole Hardman Kick return... all it took was that spark to turn the energy in the entire stadium around.

Probably the best experience I have ever had in a stadium.
