I have had a phone conversation with Sears, but yet ordered from somewhere else...I've never done any business or deals with Sears.

I'm open to you showing me anything that shows that Wade did a business deal with Dawkins are even discussed doing a deal with Dawkins. The wiretap is Wade discussing a deal about Smart and he even said he was the one that offered the deal.
