Honestly not just Joe Brady but I wonder why all successful coordinators don’t take a coordinators job in NFL. It’s not a 365 day job like college and you don’t have to recruit.

Ideally yeah. But there will always be one team that says frick it, I've seen enough, we want you right now and we're willing to pay top dollar. Was just hoping that we kept him another season or two.
