I really don't understand how people can still dislike Kiffin. Now that he doesn't take himself seriously anymore he went from megadouche to entertaining troll.

I don't know that people dislike him. It's just that he is an idiot sometimes.
He is a great offense coach, one of the best, but then he goes and does something like that on national television! He looks like fool and people are going to make fun of you when you do stupid crap like that!

When he said that, virtually everyone including Bama fans was expecting a shootout. He didn't predict an OM win, just an entertaining show.
I didn't see anything wrong when he said it, outcome notwithstanding I don't see anything wrong with it today.
