Seems to me he's fighting the good fight.
NCAA shouldn't be able to get your banking information without you turning it over, they can't subpoena banking information so how did they get it from B of A?
The potential that he may have been dirty at Miami is whatever. If he was, broom him and we'll move on. This has nothing to do with that.
