Watched GA Southern blow a 32-28 late 4th quarter lead to Minnesota this weekend. They had them at 3rd/30 on their own 5 yard line under 2 minutes left in game and blew it

Auburn top 10 while playing the toughest schedule... Not surprised. Gus Malzahn deserves another raise!

Nah, another extension is where it's at. Make it happen Auburn.

94. Ga Southern (LSU 55-3)

Now I know why UGA is ranked ahead of LSU.

This the one that had OSU like 14th to start the season because Haskins/Urban were gone? If yes, OSU has had to have taken the biggest leap so far as they are now in the top 5

Edit: before I pushed submit I looked and OSU was #13 preseason, at 14.1; now 5th at 23.7.

How the hell is 2 loss Miami ranked higher than Texas?

The other tab there on team efficiency. Is there anything important to glean from that data? Has similar teams in the top 10 but nowhere near the same order and has Wisconsin at #1 (they have only played 2 games I think). Should those 2 become more correlated as the year goes? I know you are the resident FPI guy every week

Nah I really don't do FPI, more SP+, but it's early and SP+ still had a lot of preseason filler.

I THINK the efficiencies are just straight data without filter for opponent or anything, but I could be wrong

FPI has Oregon at 8 and Auburn at 9. Seems legit.
