27 homers before the all star break is an amazing season. I hope the padres trade him. He doesn’t even start every game and has that HR total

Hunter had almost 1000 plate appearances over 2 years and was pretty average. Then this year he's been great. Crazy jump.

Bregman is extremely overrated. He is only hitting .265

I hate people that only pay attention to one figure. Ignore the fact that Bregman is an elite defender and only what a second year player?

What the people above me said, but also I don’t even watch MLB and I can tell you that .265 is not at all a bad average for an MLB player, and that is including Bregman’s month long slump towards the beginnning of the season. His average is still going up.

It's MLB, dude. They don't care about avg anymore. Plus his defense is elite. Add in the long ball and he's not even close to underrated. He's in the MVP discussion.
