Amazing what Kelly has done in 15 months

Agreed, but not surprising, imo. I'm on the record before he began at LSU as saying he was going to do better than many would expect.

Touché. I mean Ed freaking Orgeron and Les Miles won championships at LSU. Kelly was a top 5-10 coach before coming on board.

Winning the west was surprising.

Oregon should be in any top 10.

Hate to say it but college football has jumped the shark. I’ll continue following the hogs and watching the games if I’m home, but my interest in the sport has fallen off a cliff.

It's hard to be interested when you suck.

What's the basis for putting Bama at 2? They have huge turnover for players and coaches. They finished at 5 last year with losses to #6 Tennessee and #16 LSU.

We've got Secretariat lining up for the triple crown, and this bitch is going wire to wire.
I suggest anyone with national aspirations for this year to start planning for 2024 instead.

Baring massive injuries it looks like the only one who can beat Georgia is Georgia. If Kirby can keep them motivated thru the season it should be a cakewalk

Y’all will eventually face someone with a competent quarterback and a non Mickey Mouse passing game scheme. Hell, look what LSU did in the second half and what tOSU did before y’all knocked out their #1 wr.

No A&M? List must be shite.

I saw what Georgia did to LSU. It wasn’t pretty. And after getting what he considered a safe lead Kirby took his foot off the gas. No need to risk injuries with the playoffs ahead.

If LSU wins the west again the difference this year will be we will have depth this year with a full roster for the first time in three season…LSU was wore out by seasons end and it showed…

2023 team recruiting rankings for Bama - 1st
2022 - 2nd
2021 - 1st
2020 - 2nd
For UGA:
2023 - 2nd
2022 - 3rd
2021 - 4th
2020 - 1st
Jimmies and Joes still matter. UGA's probably only #1 because we've had some successes with lower ranked recruits (guys like Ladd McConkey), where Bama missed on some bigger name recruits (Brokemeyer, Hall, etc)
