We’re now a track school!

The transformation is complete. Thanks Stricklin.

Go Gators!

All joking aside, I’m sure this has happened before, but has a team won both mens and womens outdoor track and field in the same year before now?

Yes, last one to do it was Oregon in 2015.

A&M’s done it a couple times, and I think Oregon’s done it before as well.

We almost did it in 2018 but USC came back in the 4x400 down 25 meters with 100 left to go on the women’s side to beat Purdue (to get the full 10 points in the event and we lost by 1).

I’m not still bitter about it

You have finished 1st or 2nd in nine of the last 10 championships. Pretty impressive.

You are a good fan DOT34.

I was really rooting for Boling. He seems like a good dude. He ran Ok but not his best. Why didn't he compete in the long jump?

Holloway has really done a great job. Since 2011 something like 5 first place and 6 second place finishes, and a 3rd and 4th the other 2 years.

LSU was the first to do it in 1989 and 1990.

Keep in mind that the first women's OF&T was held in 1982.

Georgia nearly did in in 2018, winning the men's national title, but coming up 1 point short to Southern California for the women's title.

Congrats, Florida!

Incorrect....Arkansas was the 2004 men's national champion; UCLA was the 2004 women's national champs.

It was 1989, 1990 and 2003 that LSU won both titles in the same year.

No one is catching Stanford. The small sports definitely add up when you offer all of them.
