I hope UGA comes out firing, but I wouldn't be totally shocked if UF comes out hot and UGA comes out sluggish, leading to a first half that looks pretty close.
I don't think that will last all game though and I think that even if UGA comes out sluggish, they'll come out of half time on fire and end up with a solid win. If this were a home/away series and the game was in Gainesville with a home crowd, I think UF could turn a poor UGA start into a chance at a win. But in Jacksonville... I don't think that could work. UF needs UGA to play like crap all game to win.

Just need UGA to play like they did versus Mizzou and we could win.

Rivalry games have a way of not going according to Hoyle.

Florida Atlantic could have beaten that Georgia team.

This is 100% true and why I assume may of us are more nervous than we feel like we should be for this game

Couple of turnovers would definitely make this close

UGA got their crap together in the 4th quarter... that's why UGA won. 14 yards allowed in the 4th 185 yards gained and 2 TD (and running out the clock on the Mizzou 22).
That (1 quarter of not being sluggish) is likely enough to beat UF too. I'm obviously hoping for more of course.

Just remember the "Serenity now" mantra from the SEC Shorts vid.

Yep. This could (and already almost did) happen. We better not be looking ahead. UF has a talented roster.

And Kentucky is not Pitt or Florida. (Pssst, Tennessee is 11 pts from being 4-3)

the iron bowl can get wacky for some reason.
With UGA/UF, with not a ton of exceptiosn lately the better team generally wins. Going back 20 years the only times I can think of that the better team didn't win:
02
03 is a tossup
14
2 (perhaps 3) times in 20 years the better team lost. Coincidentally, all 3 were UGA. But still, only once in the last 17 years and none in the last 7.
In other words....we gon win saturday
