Ask them if they've heard the Jayden Daniels to the portal rumors because LSU hasn't been making their NIL payments on time

Did you know about 60% of the LSU fanbase are okay with Daniels entering the portal or declaring for the draft? It clears up the QB competition going into 2023.

Also, I found the Trevor Etienne thread on the LSU Recruiting board. Apparently it got lost on page 3. But anyway a poster just bumped it with this post:

This appears to be gaining some more traction as of late from the Jennings folks in the know. Could see him enter the portal within a week. Hope it holds up, would be a great addition to the RB room.

Color me skeptical for the reasons stated on page 1 of that thread, combined with the fact that he and his family are settled in nicely to north-central and northeast Florida for the next 3-4 years, minimum. And that his role in the offense protects him from overuse in college while also showcasing his skillset. It wouldn't make sense.

As far as Daniels goes, I'm personally more interested in the rumors about LSU's NIL program's struggles to make timely payments to their athletes than I am about the LSU fanbase's reaction to Daniels potentially leaving

I’ll give you LSU but Riley brought a lot of his guys from OU and the PAC is soft as Charmin. Did you see the USC defense trying to tackle? It looked like they were playing grab arse out there.

Is it worth it to ruin college sports just because coaches can do it?

Yes but players should be able to enter into a contract with a school and when they leave early, they have to pay a buy out.

But coaches can’t do it. Coaches are tied to contracts and if that contract is broken a penalty in the form of a buyout must be paid.

Players have no buyout. If they did fewer players would be picked up by new teams.
Sounds to me like the NIL collectives need to structure better contracts?

This team is 12-13 these past two seasons. The more of these deadbeat Mullen players we lose, the better

Why don’t they wait to open the transfer portal until after all the games?
