Florida fans thoughts on the LSU series

The series is awesome to me and probably my favorite game of the year from a hatred stand point.
The shoe toss is just one in a long line of epic games/circumstances between us.
I despise everything Florida. Mullen, your colors, the chomp, your band. But that’s a good thing from a college football fan standpoint. A loss to Florida stings more to me than any other.
I feel like LSU players hate Florida typically more than any other team, it’s always chippy.
I respect Florida in that y’all play us hard as hell no matter your record.

My NDN is the best I have had in thirty years of knocking about in the Army. But I have been embarrassed the past two of the last three times we have beaten them on the most poor or bizarre of play

LSU-Florida in multiple sports is pretty intense. Sucks they own us in basketball though no matter how good we are

Living in these parts where there are tons of gator fans nothing better than a LSU victory especially in football. People really hate LSU around here now especially that LSU has been sticking it to them lately. I agree LSU/UF has probably been the most bitter the last 10 to 15 years.

It’s a great series. Glad it has grown into something, it really sucked when we lost the Auburn game. LSU has been one to look forward to every year now.

These are why the big 6 are the big 6.....you don't pair up UF vs ATM or LSU vs Vanderbilt annually.
No tradition. No tv sets.
Juggernaut games like 2007 uf/lsu are what move the needle in non-asterisk years.

Florida vs LSU is in my top 3 favorite games to. watch every year. Outside of Spurrier, very competitive series

I live in south Louisiana so it’s a huge game in the family. Love going to Baton Rouge to attend the games

Great rivalry that isn’t a rivalry. Always a must see game. I would also add that is the case in all sports between the schools.
