State should win by 3 touchdowns seriously. Our team is soft as pond water.

Meh, I'm just poking at your new coach.
I do remember him going to Gainesville and winning against CUM, though. Motivated Dan is a different coach

Then it's possible that we're in over our head but if we decide to play football instead then Florida is gonna need a bigger boat

talent differential is close and Mullen knows the State guys intimately
game is a toss up I think

not on the lines, where it counts. Recruiting stars, maybe? But on the hoof, MSU has a big advantage on both sides of the ball it seems. Maybe ending some suspensions could help, and I'm not being a smart-arse. I honestly don't know about the missing UF talent

full disclosure, I am a MS State skeptic - I need to see more than pre-season accolades and rankings before I buy in, call it the "Missouri effect (IE - show me)"
I'd be really happy for you guys if you do pull off a special season, but I have seen the hype fall apart too often
Plus, if ANYONE knows how to prepare for a game against y'all, it is Mullen
writing off UF as a talentless hack is unwise

if moo state is as good as the pundits and forecasters say, they should beat florida by 17 with the game never in serious doubt.

In the pre-seasopn, I predicted MSU would beat Florida because I thought UF wasn't going to be quite good enough on the OL and DL. Well... it's actually much worse than I thought it would be. The DL is soft as shite on the inside and the ends are middle tier P5 ends outside of Jefferson. The OL is fricking soft as baby shite. I can't even believe how bad the middle (two guards and center) of UF's OL are this year. It's incredibly bad. The tackles are OK.
Combine that with Franks, who is better than last year certainly, but still folds up like a loose lawn chair under pressure, and you have the recipe for a BEAT DOWN in starkville.
Oh yeah, and UF's secondary is torn up, starting multiple young guys that don't know what the frick they are doing. It's going to be BIG RUN, BIG RUN, BIG PASS all day long when Florida goes to Starkville.
Total beatdown incoming. Unless MSU fricks it up somehow and turns it over a lot.
