Riley had them over a barrel because of the California taxes and property values everyone knew it. USC had to offer the universe for him to go there.

Thats simply the price of doing business in a Communist state.

USC just paid a coach that has never won a playoff game, and has exactly one big win(Ohio state) like 13 mil a year. Can’t say I blame Lincoln, but this is another Jimbo hire and will yield less results for them. They let him take grinch with him lol

Yep. That's USC's kind of money that few can match or would want to. Still, college ball has gotten out of hand and has gone overboard. This is crazy and I'm a USC alumnus (UGA, too).

High dollar homes often sit on the market for months or even years, especially in a smaller city like Norman. Very limited pool of potential buyers.

My SWAG is that it's his current house, and his previous house that hasn't sold yet.
