So basically what the playoff should have been in the first place.

I'll tell you like I tell some Georgia fans....you want to be in the playoffs? Don't have a really bad, ugly loss in the regular season. Simple, really.

Or just be Notre Dame and fall into an easy AF schedule.

I don't do ice kayaking. You moved to where penguins can survive. Frick that.

Okay. It's hard to argue with that point.

I am saying Florida lost to Kentucky at home and Kentucky beat their mutual west opponent (State) by a wider margin.

Florida should not be higher than Kentucky as both had only 3 losses and Kentucky won head to head at the opponents home field. If both are 9-3, UK should get Michigan (who I have been saying is a fraud for some time) and the NY6 game. However, Florida is a bigger state with more eyeballs so get the poll and bowl love.

It's like 75 today. Little windy at the beach, but we'll be warm.

I get LSU and UK but UAB is way out on a limb and an ACC team not named Clemson is suspect.

As to the losses, I think you get forgiven for Clemson and Alabama but State and Auburn are must wins if you want to be taken seriously.

It's just a point of reference being that UAB finished ranked as the second best team in the state of Alabama. Also considering the SEC's performance this bowl season, I wouldn't shite on the other conferences especially the ACC who was 2-1 head to head this bowl season with us.

UAB is not in the ACC nor even a P5. Wolfpack finished 3rd in the Atlantic so drop-off after Clemson is greater than say drop off in the SEC west where TAMU plays.

Nice of TAMU to get the win but 2-1 is a bit deceptive

While Clemson is good and probably wins part of that mess last night was on Alabama for quitting by half time after making some dumb mistakes.

Did not see UVA vs SC game but neither were top of their game this season.

SEC at peak was winning 70+ % of their games. Nobody this season did much better than 50%

Florida should not be higher than Kentucky
Tennessee 24, Kentucky 7. That's the game that kills Kentucky's votes.
