So the writer from Topeka Kansas that had Clemson #1 everyweek and finebaum made fun of on his show was actually correct.

Some of the best betting minds in the country felt like Bama and Clemson were a toss up after Lawrence took over. Reasonable minds can disagree on that point, but to ridicule it is classic Finebaum.

I'll take it. We were 4-7 last year and beat LSU for the second time in 3 years, so I have no problem with this. We also finished tied with the mighty dogs,

Voters pretty much ignored the referees taking away a game for LSU. #6 is exactly the ranking LSU would have at 11-2.

That fluke didn’t count.
